STR-NKP-1型管道內(nèi)壁噴涂器 Spraying machine for piping inner wall
◆適用范圍 Applicable scope
適用于小孔及中型管道的內(nèi)壁涂裝，它是利用無氣噴涂機輸送來的高壓涂料，通過特制的噴嘴，使涂料霧化后直接形成喇叭形（園錐形、空心），均勻地噴在管道內(nèi)表面，從而實現(xiàn)管道的涂裝。 NKP-1型主要適用于Ф50-Ф300mm的管道，涂料粘度不得高于80秒（4號福特杯）。如果涂料粘度高于80秒，需加溶劑稀釋。NKP-1型基本上不受管道長度限制，但最好不長于15米。
